Connectors (Peer-to-Peer Mentoring)

Connectors is a peer-to-peer mentorship program designed to help new business students adjust to college life at ASU and the W. P. Carey School of Business. All new students whether first-year students or transfer, on campus or online   have the opportunity to be connected with W. P. Carey undergraduate and graduate students for advice, guidance, connections, resources, workshops, conversations, and more.

Mentees can build important networks and gain knowledge about classes, resources and what it takes to become a successful W. P. Carey student.

Mentors develop excellent leadership and communication skills as well as a great sense of satisfaction as contributors to a strong W. P. Carey community.

In addition to the mentorship opportunities in Connectors, W. P. Carey students can also participate in the Professional Mentorship Program, which matches business students with professional mentors for structured, career-focused mentoring partnerships, or take part in less structured and more informal opportunities as a member of the ASU Mentor Network.
