  • Accounting
  • Computer information systems
  • Economics
  • Finance
  • Management
  • Marketing
  • Supply chain management

Real Estate Minor

A minor in real estate is designed to provide an understanding of the real estate industry and to complement the major area of study. The minor consists of a strong foundation that includes real estate fundamentals, law, appraisal, and land development. Students may choose from a variety of courses such as investing, economics and urban issues to complement the foundation. Students who complete the minor will have established a competitive knowledge base for careers in the real estate industry.

ASU has been certified by The Arizona Department of Real Estate as a school for pre-licensing of real estate sales persons.  Students who successfully complete the Real Estate Minor and pass a test exam given by ASU, are qualified to take the State Sales Person Licensing exam.
