The Bachelor of Science program in real estate and applied finance provides students the real estate knowledge and finance skills necessary to contribute and succeed in these complex, interrelated industries. Through a combination of coursework, practical projects and immersive experiential learning, students develop a strong foundation in both theory and practice. They also develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills to help them effectively apply solutions to industry challenges.

Real Estate and Applied Finance major advising is available on the Tempe campus.
